The 108 beads represent the following:  1 is for God, 0 is for emptiness and humility in spiritual practice and 8 represents infinity and timelessness. One set of Mala beads can take a full day to create and is done with great love and spirituality. Taking a Mala bead between your thumb and middle finger you can set an intention and then pull that intention towards you. You can chant “Ohm” or a mantra of your choice. It can be used for breath work in your meditation and/or to focus on an intention. When you are done, they can also be worn to keep the spiritual creation of this ancient art close to your heart. The bracelets are also created by Tranquility by Design as a way to contact your true spiritual self throughout the day. Each Mala and bracelet are unique and there is no other exactly like it unless you specify something that you see that you would like to have replicated.
